Welcome
These terms cover your use of Wax 33 (wax33.com). By creating an account or using Wax 33, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Private beta
Wax 33 is in an early test version. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
Your account
- You need a valid email address or Google account. Keep access to your email secure — it's how you sign in.
- You're responsible for activity in your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Wax 33.
Your crate is yours
You own what you add — records, photos, notes and lists. You give Wax 33 permission to store, process and show it to you so the service can work (for example, saving your photos and looking up record details). You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Using Wax 33 fairly
- Don't upload anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to use.
- Don't try to access other people's crates, break the service, or overload it.
- Don't use Wax 33 to scrape data or resell it.
Record info, prices and stores
Record details, cover art, values and store availability come from outside sources (such as Discogs and MusicBrainz) and our own estimates. They may be wrong or out of date — please double-check before buying or selling. Wax 33 doesn't sell records; links to stores are for convenience, and any purchase is between you and that store. Some links may earn Wax 33 a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Wax 33 and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Wax 33 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Wax 33 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (during the free beta, that's $0).
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Wax 33 after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
